Mat Rogers is one of Australia's most legendary Rugby players. He's represented Australia in both codes, and been a star player in the NRL. In making his way to football, Mat was following in the footsteps of his Dad Steve Rogers, a footballing legend with the Cronulla Sharks.Mat learned a lot from his Dad, and spent a long time trying to emulate him in many ways.
But as the years have gone by, Mat has developed some qualities his Dad didn't possess: how to ask for help, and how to lean on others.
This has made him a different kind of Dad to his own kids.
