Indigenous representation through an Indigenous Voice to Parliament or a Treaty? 

The proposed Indigenous Voice to Parliament has been a contentious issue. Many First Nations people want a Treaty, others want Sovereignty or Constitutional Reform and some disagree entirely. 

Earlier this year the Queensland Government introduced landmark laws to parliament in order to facilitate the signing of a treaty or treaties with First Nations people. 

What would a Treaty actually achieve? And what is the process to get there?
