The Tapscott family on their farm
The Tapscott family on their farm

Virginia and Rhys Tapscott, a young farming couple from North West NSW, find out how they can rehabilitate the natural environment on their farm while also producing healthier food.

They meet an underground network of regenerative farmers who are working with nature to eliminate the use of synthetic chemicals, revegetate their land, reduce carbon emissions and encourage the return of native plant and animal species.

But they also discover the regenerative approach is very long-term, and initially will not be as profitable as conventional systems. Will they make the shift to regenerative farming, regardless of the initial financial losses?

Guests:

Ralph and Jo Waters - Organic farmers in Bingara, NSW

Colin Seis - Regenerative farmer near Gulgong, NSW

Derek Blomfield - Regenerative farmer on the Liverpool Plains, NSW
